2. What data we collect

We only collect what you give us, plus basic technical logs.

• —Contact form: name, company (optional), email address, project type and your message.
• —Server logs: IP address, browser type, time of request — kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
• —Analytics: anonymised usage data, only if you consent (see section 5).

3. Purpose and legal basis

• —Replying to your enquiry — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
• —Security and stability of the website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• —Analytics — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, which you may withdraw at any time).

4. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and, where a project follows, for the duration of the business relationship and the statutory retention periods. Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

5. Processors and third parties

We do not sell personal data. We use these processors:

• —Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare Pages).
• —Resend, Inc. — delivery of contact form emails.
• —Sanity.io — content management (blog content only; no personal data of visitors).
• —Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.

6. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Analytics loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner (Consent Mode v2). IP addresses are anonymised, we do not use analytics for advertising, and no data is shared for ad personalisation. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the banner will appear again.

7. Cookies

Without consent we store only a technical entry recording your cookie choice. With consent, Google Analytics 4 sets analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@ai-elura.com. We reply within one month.
